★Exhibit Content: Vertical Jump Test ★Interaction: Electromechanical Interaction ★Operation: Stand in the footprint area, raise your right hand high, and jump upward with all your might; touch the fruits within reach and check your jump height data. ★Exhibit Description: This exhibit consists of a fruit tree and a digital display. A tree-shaped model is set on the exhibition wall, with fruit-shaped button lights scattered on it; a digital display with LED screen is provided to show numbers; speakers and a jump measurer are built inside. When participating, visitors stand in the designated area and press the start button; following voice prompts, they jump to touch the button lights to test their jumping height. The display will show records, allowing visitors to compete against each other. ★Scientific Principle: Jumping ability is a comprehensive manifestation of overall strength, running speed, reaction speed, body coordination, flexibility, and agility. Therefore, we cannot think that improving jumping ability is just about jumping all day. You must persist in stretching the tendons, ligaments, and muscles of all parts of your body daily to expand joint mobility, and at the same time, perform various complex gymnastics that help improve body coordination. Movements should be accurate, graceful, both powerful and relaxed.
