Power-Generation Playground
★Exhibit Content: Principles of power generation from multiple energy sources ★Interaction: Electromechanical interaction + multi-scenario simulation ★Operation: 1. Visitors approach the exhibit and read the operation instructions; 2. Experience different energy power generation simulation devices in sequence, operate the corresponding switches, dials, and props; 3. Observe the lighting of the energy column and compare the differences in power generation among different methods. ★Exhibit Description: "Power Generation Paradise" is an interactive science exhibit for energy education and sustainable development, designed for energy and environmental protection themed exhibition areas. The exhibit integrates multiple energy power generation simulation devices, including wind power, solar power, hydro power, nuclear power, thermal power, etc. By operating different devices, visitors simulate and control conditions such as wind speed, sunlight intensity, dam height, and fuel input, intuitively observe the lighting of the energy column, and experience the principles, processes, and efficiency differences of various power generation methods. ★Scientific Principle: Thermal power: Uses heat energy from burning fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas, and converts it into electrical energy through power generation devices. Solar power: Based on the photovoltaic effect, uses solar cells to directly convert solar energy into electrical energy; its output is affected by light angle and cloud cover. Wind power: Converts kinetic energy of wind into electrical energy; output is directly related to wind speed. Hydro power: Uses potential energy of water, converts water energy into electrical energy through dams and other facilities; the greater the drop, the higher the output. Nuclear power: Uses the enormous energy released by nuclear fission to heat a working fluid, driving a steam turbine to generate electricity; energy density is extremely high. Waste incineration power: Uses waste heat from incineration to heat water, producing steam to drive a steam turbine for power generation, realizing resource utilization of waste. Hydrogen power: Produces hydrogen by electrolysis of water, then uses hydrogen fuel cells to convert hydrogen energy into electrical energy; the process is clean and environmentally friendly. Geothermal power: Uses geothermal resources to heat a working fluid, driving a steam turbine for power generation; it is a stable
