Circuit Building
★Exhibit Content: Circuit Knowledge ★Interaction: Electromechanical Interaction ★Operation: 1. Participants can build their own circuits or follow the diagrams to build circuits; 2. When the circuit is connected, the light bulb lights up, the fan rotates, and observe the changes in the meter readings. ★Exhibit Description: The exhibit is mainly composed of various circuit component modules, such as wires, switches, resistors, ammeters, voltmeters, etc. The operation table is equipped with many different circuit component modules, including switches, resistors, ammeters, voltmeters, etc., and a power supply is also provided on the side. Visitors can choose some circuit components according to their own ideas and connect them into the circuit to make the circuit connected and form a loop. Choose different modules, connect the modules through the copper blocks at both ends of the modules, and form circuits by connecting different modules to understand the relationship between voltage, current, and resistance. ★Scientific Principle: The exhibit is mainly composed of a desktop operation table including organic boxes (buzzers, resistors, power supplies, light bulbs, switches, diodes, etc.), instruction signs, etc. The instruction sign displays basic circuit diagrams. Multiple transparent acrylic boxes and a power supply are placed on the operation table. The transparent acrylic boxes represent basic electronic components. Visitors simulate the formation of circuits by manually connecting the boxes and observe the effects after the circuit is connected. The standardized module box has two magnet identification points on the side, which can attract and conduct electricity with other boxes. The box in the center of the display stand contains the power supply. This box is fixed on the display stand and cannot be moved. Other components need to be connected to it to achieve a circuit path. This exhibit aims to introduce basic circuit knowledge to the audience. Generally, a basic circuit should include: power supply, wires, switches, electrical appliances, and other components. The circuit can only conduct when it is a closed loop; short circuits or open circuits cannot work properly. When you assemble the building modules into different circuits and the circuit is connected, the relevant electrical components operate. Through the meters, verify the relevant laws of current and voltage in series and parallel circuits. By personally assembling some simple circuits, understand basic circuit knowledge and some simple applications of converting electrical energy into light energy and kinetic energy.
