Endurance Test
★Exhibit Content: Human Endurance ★Interaction: Electromechanical Interaction ★Operation: 1. Place the horizontal bar at the highest position you can reach with both arms extended; 2. Grip the bar with both hands and perform a bent-arm hang; 3. Hold on to the end and see how long you can last. ★Exhibit Description: The exhibit consists of a display frame, foot detection device, bent-arm hang experience device, digital display, etc. The exhibit is equipped with suspension and ground contact detection sensors, which can display the participant's suspension time in real time. ★Scientific Principle: Endurance refers to a person's ability to withstand intense physical activity, the ability of the human body to perform sustained muscular work over a long period, i.e., the ability to resist fatigue. Endurance includes two aspects: muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. The improvement of endurance depends not only on human development and maturity but also on load requirements. Regular endurance load training can cause adaptive phenomena in muscles, organs, heart and lungs, blood, immune system, and material metabolism regulation. There are two basic ways to develop endurance quality: one is training to enhance muscle strength and improve muscular endurance, and the other is to improve cardiovascular and pulmonary function. Longer outdoor activities such as walking, running, rope skipping, mountain climbing, swimming, skating, and various ball games can be arranged. At the same time, attention should be paid to acting within one's capabilities, proceeding step by step, and avoiding excessive fatigue.
