Operation: 1. Visitors hold the handles on the table with both hands and watch the multimedia dynamic demonstration of the heart beating; 2. Watch the video of their own heart rate and cardiovascular health on the screen. Functional Overview: The exhibit consists of a heart rate detection device, a multimedia device, and operating handles. Hold the handles with both hands for a few seconds, and the detected heart rate data will be displayed on the screen. After detection, an animation demonstrates knowledge about the structure, function, and healthcare of the heart. Scientific Principle: How does the heart work? The heart is the power source of blood circulation, driving blood to flow repeatedly, providing sufficient blood flow to organs and tissues, supplying oxygen and various nutrients, removing metabolic waste, and maintaining normal cell function. Once the heart stops beating, metabolism cannot proceed. Quitting smoking, limiting alcohol, controlling weight, eating a balanced diet, exercising moderately, and maintaining a regular lifestyle are all beneficial to our heart.
