Light-Pressure Windmill
Operation: Press the "Start" button and observe the changes in the windmill's motion. Function Overview: The exhibit consists of a display stand, an instruction sign, a bracket, a windmill, and a small spotlight. Visitors press the switch to observe the light-pressure windmill's rotation. Scientific Principle: Objects of different colors absorb light to different degrees. White objects absorb less light energy, while black objects absorb more. Based on this principle, when the light-driven windmill is exposed to sunlight, increasing amounts of energy accumulate on the black backside of the blades, creating a light energy difference between the black and white blades, which converts into an air pressure difference, thereby driving the impeller to rotate.
