Pinhole Imaging
Operation: Press the start button, adjust the positions of the pinhole plate and the screen, and observe the changes in the image on the screen. Functional Overview: This exhibit consists of a light source board, a pinhole plate, a display board, etc. Scientific Principle: Pinhole imaging utilizes the principle of rectilinear propagation of light: light travels in a straight line in the same uniform medium without interference from gravity. Through long-term observation of light, people discovered that sunlight filtering through gaps in forest leaves forms ray-like beams on the ground, and sunlight entering a room through a small window behaves similarly.
