Thermal Imaging Comparison

Technology Innovation

★Exhibit Content: Thermal Imaging Technology and Human Body Temperature Science Experience ★Interaction: Electromechanical Interaction + Infrared Imaging Demonstration ★Operation: 1. Sit on the exercise bike and start pedaling; 2. Observe the thermal imaging display on the monitor and compare body temperature changes before and after exercise. ★Exhibit Description: "Thermal Imaging Comparison" is an interactive exhibit for human health and infrared technology science, designed for the life science exhibition area and is a recommended exhibit of the Tanxingmao Science and Technology Museum. The exhibit consists of a display stand, monitor, thermal imager, and exercise bike. Visitors can ride the exercise bike while observing their body temperature changes in real-time through the thermal imager. The thermal imager converts the body's infrared energy into electrical signals and generates a color thermal image on the monitor, intuitively showing the temperature difference before and after exercise, helping visitors understand the principles of human heat production and thermal imaging technology applications. ★Scientific Principle: Thermal imaging technology, also known as infrared radiation imaging technology, detects infrared energy (heat) non-contactly and converts it into electrical signals, thereby generating thermal images and temperature values. The human body is a natural biological infrared radiation source, and temperature differences in different parts form a unique thermal field; during exercise, human metabolism accelerates, heat production increases, skin temperature rises, and the thermal imaging picture changes accordingly. Doctors can analyze the lesion area of the human body through the color thermal map generated by thermal imaging. This technology is also widely used in body temperature detection, industrial temperature measurement, and other fields.
